Who would have thought that the difference between life and death is simply securing a nylon strap across your chest and waist? Well, just
about everybody really, excluding Alan Rell. I mean state highway departments
throughout the land waste tons of money to pad their budgets for next year putting up those god damn inane rhymes and alliterations along the
highway to remind dipshit drivers of that fact:
Click It Or Ticket
Klunk! Klick! Every Trip
Safety Belts Save Souls
Buckle Up Dumbfuck
Of course the real government waste is caused by the cockless, ass sucking judges in Western Missouri who invent job security by letting
people like Eric S. Gibson continually back into society and on the road so they can commit more crimes.
Again, God bless Missouri Casenet which
puts most of its court records online. Click on the previous link, then on "Litigant Search" and enter "Eric S Gibson" into the appropriate fields to
search for the information I found. Doing that will pull up (as of 11/27/2006) 13 different cases. The one that involves this accident is
02CR155337, but the one where he beats his ol' lady (01CR124696) is pretty good too, and it lets you see he was on probation when this happened.
The news article I found licks my seeping rectum. Its 4 sentences long and
just says that Rell was rear ended by Gibson, then ran off the road and died because he wasn't wearing a seatbelt. That's it. I have sisters, I
research car wrecks as a hobby, I went to public high school, I know a thing or two about shitty driving. And rear ending someone screams of
shitty driving. But the article has nothing about that. No mention of a ticket or even unsafe driving conditions.
Turns out Gibson was charged with involuntary manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident--both felonies. I guess a fifth fucking
sentence in the article would have been too much of a pain in the ass. Might have screwed up the layout and left no room for Marmaduke or that
fucking snickerdoodle recipe. Understandable.
Also understandable is the fact that the rear-ending, girl beating, piece of shit was back on the streets in about 5 years after killing Rell. And I
literally mean "back on the streets", the motherfucker got a ticket on 10/26/2006, not for driving without a license or a suspended license, but for
some bullshit muffler violation. Now, that's just what he pled guilty to. The fucker got a lawyer for it and paid a $160 fine. Who the fuck gets a
lawyer for a $160 ticket? I don't think you even have to show up to court for that offense.
That's what my site is about, educating the public. Bring to light the hidden stories of society. I truly hoped these pages of mine help teach you
guys something. Namely, when you need to kill someone, drive like a fucking idiot or you want an actual judge to give you a $10 hand-job;
Warren
County Missouri is the place to go.
