Seatbelts: You Wouldn't Understand, It's An Inertia Thing
Hey, I'm not above admitting my ignorances. I'm the one your bumper stickers and spare tire covers are talking about. Not only do I not understand
because its a Jeep Thing, I have absolutely no idea what you're referencing with the pronoun contraction 'It's'. What is 'it'? And how does it being a
jeep thing preclude me from understanding the aforementioned 'it'?
No fucking clue.
I'm so far out of the loop I can't even understand the concept of a loop. Its like telling an Amish guy about how you pay your electric bill online with
your debit card while driving your hybrid car. I have no idea where to start correcting my confusion.
However, despite my ignorance about Jeep things and not even understanding what it is I can't understand, I do know a little something about
Newton's first law of motion. A body, specifically
Kathy Womack's body,
while relatively at rest in a Jeep; is in motion relative to the road. That means when said body inside said Jeep passes someone, moves back into the right lane
and keeps going off the highway, it will remain in motion relative to that now rolling Jeep. Provided of course it isn't acted upon by an outside force, say
the windsheild, a ditch, asphalt or I don't know, a seat belt perhaps?
Then again maybe Newtonian mechanics don't apply to Jeeps--maybe that's the 'It' and I am just making myself look even more ignoranter than I already am.
